Monterey County Court Record Fees

Monterey County follows the California statewide fee schedule. Plain copies cost $0.50 per page. Certified copies are $40.00 per document. A clerk search that goes past 10 minutes costs $15.00. Certified copies of dissolution judgments are $15.00. Exemplification of a record runs $50.00.
